Tender no. 83470564 Photography and video services for communication purposes
The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a company to support with photography and video services for communication purposes within its “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” project.
The selected company will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The objective of the current assignment is to support GIZ with photo and video services for the “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” and ”EU4Moldova: Local Communities” projects.
The selected company will provide technical and practical support in photo and video shootings, as well as creative support in compiling and showcasing the main results achieved by the project.
Also, the company will ensure that products delivered are following the EU, GIZ and partners graphic guidelines (made available by GIZ contact person upon contract signing). The set-up of all photo and video shootings will be coordinated with GIZ at both draft phase and final phase.
To achieve the assignment objective, the selected service provider shall perform the following activities:
- Discuss with the GIZ communication team to understand the specific needs for photo and video services, in line with existing EU and GIZ graphic guidelines,
- Propose technical approach on how to best deliver photos for events indoor and outdoor, throughout the country project sites,
- Travel to project locations outside Chisinau, with own transportation and relevant equipment,
- Be able to mobilise for a photo and/or video shooting within 2-3 days prior notice, if needed,
- Involve partners and beneficiaries in providing video testimonials regarding the project,
- Process in high quality and website-suitable quality all photo and video material collected from various events or meetings by respecting the GIZ data protection requirements,
- Receive written approval from people identifiable on the photo and video material regarding their permission to use the respective material, according to GIZ template.
The tender is open to private companies, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Offers must be prepared in Romanian or English.
Proposals must be submitted in two parts, consisting of (please see the TOR):
- Part 1: Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables
- Part 2: Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0.
Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio of 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number (83470564) and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, NBC building, 9th floor, Chișinău) not later than 19.08.2024, time 15:00.
Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered.
GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
