WeWorld (WW) - NGO active in 27 countries, launches an open call for tenders in the framework of the project "Emergency response to meet the basic needs of refugees and host communities affected by the Ukraine crisis in Moldova".

The objective of this tender is to procure vocational skills training courses tailored for the digital and/or beauty sectors. The courses aim to empower and equip up to 90 individuals, including Ukrainian refugees and vulnerable Moldovan citizens, with valuable skills essential for their professional development and integration into the local community.

Scope of Services

Lot 1: Digital Sector Courses
• Web Design
• Digital Marketing
• IT Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 1C Platform (Accounting)
• Other relevant digital courses

Lot 2: Beauty Sector Courses
• Manicure/Pedicure
• Massage Therapy
• Makeup
• Hair Stylist/Hairdresser
• Other relevant beauty courses

Responsibilities of the Service Provider:
The selected Service Provider will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the vocational skills courses. This includes:
• Ensuring timely delivery of all courses by 30 September 2024.
• Offering instruction in both Romanian and Russian languages as per participants' preferences.
• Utilising reliable online platforms for virtual classes if required.
• Supplying necessary learning materials.
• Supporting WeWorld's information campaign about the courses.
• Ensuring continuity in teaching by providing substitute teachers if necessary.
• Notifying WeWorld and participants promptly in case of class cancellations.

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided.
We would like to invite interested parties to submit their bids before the deadline of 24 June 2024 at 18:00 (GMT+3).
