Request for Quotation_Moldova Local Transportation Services, OTI Moldova Resilience Initiative
Moldova Resilience Initiative (MRI) implemented by Management Systems International and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) respectfully requests quotations from qualified vendors for the provision of Local Transportation services for MSI Moldova.
Anticipated delivery date(s): June 11, 2024 – June 11, 2025 (12 months).
Place of performance/delivery: Moldova.
We are kindly request you to either apply via MSI online procurement platform Management Systems International, Inc. (sciquest.com) or send us the following documents to mri.procurement@msi-inc.com by June 10, 2024, 10:00am Moldova time:
- If the rental rate includes the costs for fuel and vehicle insurance.
- The overtime policy for drivers and the rate for overtime pay per hour.
- The policy for overnight stays (as needed) and the associated allowances expected.
- Quotes should be valid for at least 60 days and should be submitted in MDL (VAT excluded).
- The quotation should be submitted on the company letterhead.
- The vendor must provide proof of registration along with other legal documents.
- The vendor must provide a copy of the valid license for the transportation of passengers
- The vendor must provide a list of the vehicles in their fleet along with the make and model for each vehicle.
