Technical Supervision Services for Repair Works / Servicii de Supraveghere Tehnica pentru Lucrari de Reparatii
The Norwegian Refugee Council in Moldova is planning to conduct a pilot project for light to medium shelter repairs in rural areas in northern Moldova. The project aims to increase dignity and enhance living conditions for affected populations by ensuring security of tenure, reducing debt, allowing families to meet other needs, and considering accessibility, affordability, safety, and protection, focusing on critical elements like light to medium repair in the windows, doors, walls ,roofs, WASH facilities (hand washing facility, sinks, toilets and showers), Water supply and sewerage (water supply system, pipes, faucets, connections, pit/septic tanks, etc.), Electric work (wiring, outlets, switches, and appliances) and Heating system (Air conditioner, gas boiler heating system, electric heating system, fireplace with wood, etc.). The project involves light and medium repair works without any intervention in the structure of the buildings.
This Request for quotations is for technical supervisory service provider, who is expected to oversee between 40 to 60 shelter units and 5 livelihood community infrastructure projects.
The technical supervision shall be carried out by the certified specialists, with the support from NRC Technical Officers throughout all stages of the project.
The tender encompasses two distinct lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2): i.Lot 1, the bidder offers technical supervisory services between 40 and 60 shelters where displaced people from Ukraine or/and vulnerable families from the host community are residing, in the north regions of the Republic of Moldova, ii. Lot 2, the bidders technical supervisory services for 5 livelihood community infrastructures, in the north regions of the Republic of Moldova.
