Background:

The Friedrich Ebert Foundation and IPRE, in cooperation with the Bureau for Reintegration Policies, is organising the Reintegration Forum, an event which aims to contribute to a national-driven governmental strategy vision for the reintegration process. The first edition of the Reintegration Forum will focus on the economic component of the reintegration process.

The Forum is planned to be held on the 11th of April, 2024, in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. The event will start at 8:30 and will end at 14:00 and will host around 100 guests. In this context, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) is searching for a company that will provide logistical support for the evet, including the following products and services:

• LED screen 6.5m x 3.5m including the Media server, fitting accessories, carcass, mounting/dismounting, loading, and delivery. The screen will be installed on a stage (h=20cm) covered with black fabric for elevation purpose;
• Video mixed services, mixing the common image from the cameras via optical channel, integration of visual graphic elements and branding: frame, set of nametags, soft and relevant equipment for the hybrid circuit, video crew (engineers, grafician, operators), 3 video cameras (on large, middle and short TV plans), generation of the live streaming signal, integration of the translation into the live streaming channel;
• TV screen in front of the stage (doubles the projections from the main led screen for the panellists);
• Light equipment (6 moving heads, including the main directing station and lighting engineer);
• Custom Folder A4 with logo and inner pocket, 4+0 (100 units);
• Custom Pen with logo (100 units);
• Notebook with logo (A5, 4+0, 30 white sheets, horizontal spiral, 100 units);
• Elaboration of graphic design and cover animation;
• Photo wall (500*300 cm), printing, carcass rent, mounting/dismounting.

The financial offer shall include the price for each service or product separately.
