The Norwegian Refugee Council is soliciting bids from reputable providers, for a Consultancy Agreement for Financial Report verification of Implementing Partners.
The procedure for applying for this tender:

- Once you receive these files, please do the following:
- Review the requirements carefully.
- Complete all the requirements highlighted and listed in the RFP file.
- Submit all the documents back to one of the below options:

The envelope should be sealed.
The envelope should be stamped / signed.

Qualifications and requirements
NRC is seeking applications from National company/individual service providers.
- Relevant university degree in accounting and/or finance
- Minimum 2 years of expertise in accounting and/or finance in the private, public, and humanitarian sectors
- Strong analytical skills are required to assess financial data accurately and identify discrepancies.
- Familiarity with the operations, financial practices, and reporting requirements within the NGO sector is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both the partners and NRC Moldova.
- The Consultant must maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all financial data and information accessed during the engagement.
- The ability to adhere to deadlines and manage time efficiently is crucial for successful delivery of services.
- Experience of working in complex and volatile contexts
- Fluency in Romanian, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in the Russian language is desirable.
