The Association of Electronics Companies in Moldova is looking for a company or a consortium of companies to update of the content of the Electronics Suppliers Catalogue

The objective of the assignment is the update SME’s profiles in the Electronics Suppliers Catalogue with a focus on Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), hardware and embedded software development, microwires and nanosensors, electronic components, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) design, PCB laminates and other industry relevant activities, including the electronics education institutions.

Duration of the contract:     10.08.2023 – 11.10.2023

The request is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.

The proposal package will comprise the following documents in Romanian or English:

Part 1 Technical proposal:

- Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables;

- Company Portfolio with samples of relevant works,

- Contact data, persons responsible for the assignment implementation and coordination;

- Copy of the Registration Certificate or Decision of the Registration of the company;

Part 2 Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0
