Moldova Resilience Initiative (MRI) implemented by Management Systems International and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/OTI) is announcing a tender on the preparation and conduct of focus group discussions.

MRI hereby respectfully requests quotations for the conduct of up to 20 Focus Groups Discussions (FGD) . Please note that the estimated period of performance is six months, throughout the end of 2023. We kindly ask you to either apply through the MSI online procurement platform Management Systems International, Inc. (sciquest.com) or send us the following documents to mri.procurement@msi-inc.com by June 29, 2023:

1. Certificate of registration
2. Relevant valid license issued by CNPF
3. The detailed cost breakdown on the “per FGD” basis
4. List of corporate clients to whom this type of service has been provided for the last 5 years.
