FHI 360 (www.fhi360.org) is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving life in sustainable ways by promoting integrated, locally driven solutions. FHI 360 implements Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC), an eight-year global project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

In the Republic of Moldova, EpiC provides assistance for the preparation of four locations at health facilities located in Chisinau, Glodeni and Calarasi City for the installation of oxygen generating plants with variable adsorption (PSA) donated by the Global Fund through the grants of the COVID-19 Response Mechanism. The preparation of the site includes the following: concrete platform for the PSA container with access ramps and metal roof, security fence with gate, primary electrical supply from the source to the PSA installation point, oxygen pipes from the PSA plant to the hospital connection, outdoor lighting for security, psa installation area and drain system for PSA condensate evacuation. The detailed specifications and drawings of the site preparation concept for each site are provided in the annex to the Call for Proposals (RFP) document, which can be found on the www.ucimp.md and may be requested at the EpiCMoldova@fhi360.org.

The FHI 360 requires the submission of a technical proposal and an offer from qualified suppliers to prepare the four locations according to the scope and specifications listed in the RFP.
