People in Need is announcing Framework Tender for Provision of Legal Services tender number MDAC000163
PIN Moldova is looking for eligible and authorized companies to provide legal services within Moldova.
Qualified tender offers (bids) are sought from competent bidders for the following services:
A. Legal advice
- Provide legal advice on legislative requirements of the R. Moldova in the field of NGO sector
- Provide legal advice on related legal provisions regarding Taxes, Employment and Labor Obligations, Data Protection, Temporary Residence etc.
B. Legal documentation review
- Provide thorough review of drafts of legal documents such as bylaws, memorandums, plans and PIN policy documents (regulations, resolutions)
- Provide assistance in preparing/drafting/reviewing/assessing contract templates/legal forms/proceedings/letters/notices and other documents as required by PIN Moldova, in compliance with the R. Moldova legislation.
C. Legal representation
- Represent PIN Moldova in all legal formalities and proceedings
- Manage any legal aspects with appropriate government agencies on behalf of PIN Moldova
D. Provide other legal support as requested
