The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for an individual expert to provide support to the State Chancellery on revision and update of the Government Decision on the establishment of the National Coordination Council for Sustainable Development.

The selected expert will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The short-term expert shall meet the following criteria:

• Licentiate/Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in law, public administration, or other related areas;
• Additional training and certification in law drafting will be an advantage;
• 3+ years of professional working experience in areas of drafting laws and government decisions as well as other necessary documents for their promotion for approval in accordance to the requirements reflected in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
• Knowledge of the Agenda 2030 and provisions of the National Development Strategy “European Moldova 2030” will be an advantage;
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

• Detailed CV;
• Financial offer, including gross daily rate in MDL, the distribution of the days per the expected deliverables and the total amount per up to 20 workdays of the assignment;

Applicants shall be residents of the Republic of Moldova, holding the Moldovan residentship for a period of at least 6 months at the date of application.
