The Moldova Future Technologies Activity (FTA) is a program funded by USAID and Sweden, and implemented by Chemonics International INC. Washington Sucursala Chisinau. The goal of FTA is to enhance the competitiveness of Moldovan transformative sectors, including light manufacturing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), precision engineering, creative industries, and digital media production, and to improve the country’s integration with Western markets in these sectors.

In order to promote project activities and flagship initiatives of its counterparts and beneficiaries, FTA requires a range of customized promotion and copywriting services on a regular basis. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from companies specialized in providing such services.

The following calendar summarizes important dates in the solicitation process. Offerors must strictly follow these deadlines.

Proposal Conference. A proposal conference will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, September 27 at 16:30 to provide interested offerors an opportunity to learn more about FTA and to ask any questions about this IQS RFP and the solicitation process. Chemonics welcomes any organization to attend this proposal conference. Pre-registration to attend the proposal conference is suggested. Please email your registration request and any advance questions by 14:00 on Monday, September 26, 2022 to the FTA Procurement Department via ftaprocurement@chemonics.md. Interested offerors can attend the proposal conference by accessing Microsoft Teams meeting.

Proposal Submission Date. All proposals must be received by 17:00 Chisinau time on Friday, September 30, 2022. Late offers will be considered at the discretion of Chemonics.
