International Development Law Organization (IDLO) is an intergovernmental organization exclusively devoted to promoting the rule of law. Established in 1983, IDLO works to enable governments and empower people to reform laws and strengthen institutions to promote peace, justice, sustainable development, and economic opportunity. At this moment, The Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), with the support of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), launched the implementation of the “Supporting Moldova’s Independent Anti-Corruption Advisory Committee” project, which aims to strengthen Moldova’s capacity for more inclusive and accountable governance through implementation of sector-specific anti-corruption legislation and regulatory reforms. In order to foster effective planning, execution, and administration by the Independent Anti-Corruption Advisory Committee (CCIA), IDLO will advance the operationalization of the CCIA Secretariat by providing technical, logistical, and administrative support. 

Under this project, IDLO is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of ICT Equipment. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.    

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by IDLO in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
