The Council of Europe is currently launching a tender for the provision of office-wide professional production of animated videos and cartoons as well as podcasts in the Republic of Moldova.  In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers, in accordance with the attached documents.

Animated videos and cartoons (2D and/or 3D) production services will cover a wide range of topics corresponding to the mandate of the Council of Europe and the needs of the Office in Chisinau. Mostly, they will be in the line with the fields of action of the projects implemented in the Republic of Moldova.

The production of interview podcasts (audio and/or video) will showcase the transformative effect and the impact on citizens’ lives of the Council of Europe’s programmes and assistance in supporting reforms in the Republic of Moldova.

Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address: cdm@coe.int with the following reference in subject: 2021/AO/28 – Call for tenders - Provision of office-wide professional production of animated video and cartoons as well as podcasts (Republic of Moldova).

The deadline for the submission of offers is 15 June 2021.
