To all interested companies and potential offerors:

Nathan Associates Inc. (Nathan Associates), as prime contractor of the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded project Moldova Structural Reform Program is seeking proposals from eligible firms for provision of Communication Services for Moldova Structural Reform Program.

Nathan Associates intends to award one or more Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for this activity. The award as result of this RFQ is subject to availability of funds.

Interested Companies can obtain the full request for quotations by sending an inquiring at msrp_procurement@nathaninc.com.

Proposals are due in electronic copy only, in MS Word, MS Excel, and/or PDF formats, by March 11, 2021; 18:00 Moldovan time. Tables or charts in MS Excel format should be labelled appropriately. The email must not exceed 10MB in size. Proposals need to be submitted in electronic files and emailed at msrp_procurement@nathaninc.com and copied (CC) to Veronica Vladiuc at vvladiuc@nathaninc.com.

Questions regarding this RFQ are due in electronic copy by March 04, 2021, 18:00 Moldovan time. They must be emailed (no phone questions will be accepted) at msrp_procurement@nathaninc.com and copied (CC) to Veronica Vladiuc at vvladiuc@nathaninc.com.

This RFQ in no way obligates Nathan Associates to award a contract nor does it commit Nathan Associates to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the quotations in response hereto. Furthermore, Nathan Associates reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of USAID.

Note: Quotations are to be presented in Moldovan Lei, at VAT 0%.

Potential bidders who do not submit questions should send an email with their contact information if they wish to receive copies of answers.

All questions and responses will be circulated to all offerors who ask questions and to those who register.
