The National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) hereby invites companies to submit proposal for legal consulting services on the institutionalization of the Tekwill network and Tekwill-type regional Centers in Moldova as described in Annex 1 - to this RfP (Terms of Reference), under the ICTEC project financed by USAID.
