Ecological Counseling Center Cahul announces the selection of a company for providing visibility elements within the project „MARLENA – Marine and River Litter Elimination New Approach”. The project MARLENA is funded under the first call for proposals of Black Sea Basin ENI CBC Programme 2014-2020.

Project descprition:

Project „MARLENA – Marine and River Litter Elimination New Approach” aims at jointly raising public awareness and education regarding river and marine litter problems, the value of biodiversity and environmental protection for target audiences such as youth, tourists, business, local communities and authorities, educational organizations. Particular attention is paid to development of environmentally and responsible-citizenship and ecological behavior among youth

Overall objective

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:

MARLENA aims to strength community action and to involve local population in promotion and implementation of cross-border Black Sea Basin coastal and river clean-up campaigns and share good experiences in this field in reducing and eliminating pollution.  

The selected company will provide the following services:

• Providing a set of promotional materials with logo and namely:

1. 150 caps
2. 150 T-shirts
3. 150 Pens
4. 150 Notebooks
5. 150 Folders

• Creating and editing of a video material (5-7 minutes) of project activities.

Location

South region of Republic of Moldova (Lower Prut meadow)

Eligibility of contractors

1) Experience in the field minimum 2 years.

2) Economic and financial capacity of candidate: The reference period which will be taken into account will be the last three years for which accounts have been closed.

3) Portfolio

The offer must contain:

1. The name of bidder;
2. The contact details and banking details of the bidder;
3. Technical offer (signed and stamped);
4. Detailed financial offer, VAT zero rate.

Working period:

Working period will be starting with July 2020 till September 2020 depending on project activities.

Organization:

Contractor will work under guidance of Ecological Counseling Center Cahul.

Financial arrangements:

Payment will be made in accordance with the Contract for providing services and certification by the project manager that the services have been performed satisfactorily.

The financial offer will be presented in MDL or EUR, VAT zero rate.

Evaluation criteria:

The price indicated in the offer is final and can not be adjusted after the deadline for submitting offers. The comparison of the financial offers will be made in MDL or EUR. The selection of offers will be based on the price and quality of equipment offered.

Delayed offers will be rejected.
