The Innovate Moldova Programme, funded by Sweden and the United Kingdom and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova (FAM), supports key digital development efforts in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Moldova, including the development of an innovation park and digital public services.

The program supports workforce development, EU market integration, and enhancing competitiveness in key growth sectors: information and communication technology (ICT), the digital economy, the startup ecosystem, creative industries, and the light manufacturing industry.

In line with the Innovate Moldova Programme Workplan, the requested equipment will complete the Virtual Production cyclorama at Mediacor by providing the remaining essential components: truss structure, tracking system, timecode units, lighting set and technical peripherals. These items are required to ensure safe rigging, uniform lighting, precise camera tracking and synchronized video workflows, enabling the cyclorama to function as a fully operational virtual production space. The upgrade will strengthen Mediacor’s capacity to deliver practical training in film and digital media and support the creative industries ecosystem with modern production infrastructure.

Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFQ. Interested offerors should confirm their interest by 17.00 local Chisinau time on December 17, 2025.

Only the written answers issued by FAM will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from FAM employees, or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFQ.

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on December 19, 2025, by email at procurement@innovate.md.  

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.
