Lot 1: Supply and installation of Laboratory equipment, final beneficiary - Technical University of Moldova, Veterinary Medicine Faculty;

Lots 2, 3:  Supply and installation of Laboratory equipment, final beneficiary - Institute of Genetics, Physiology and Plant Protection of the State University of Moldova

Lot 4: Supply and installation of Laboratory furniture, final beneficiary - Institute of Genetics, Physiology and Plant Protection of the State University of Moldova

1.       The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the European Investment Bank toward the cost of the Fruit Garden Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement 4 (four) LOTS mentioned above;

All the goods are procured within the INVESTMENTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE Component of the “Fruit Garden of Moldova” Project.

2.      The implementing agency/Purchaser - Consolidated Unit for Implementing and Monitoring the Wine Sector Restructuring Program (UCIMPRSVV) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and installation of Laboratory equipment and furniture. Supply period is up to 90 working days from contract award date. The Bidder must bid for 100% of requested items and adjacent services, for each Lot.

3.      Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the EIB Guide to Procurement.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and/or request an electronic copy of the bidding documents from UCIMPRSVV (PIU); Email: office@winemoldova.md. The Bidding Documents are provided free of charge (in electronic format) and will be sent via e-mail, upon written request (to the email mentioned above).

5.       Bidders Qualification Requirements:

(i)Experience and Technical Capacity

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirements, for each Lot:

a) It should have been in operation for a minimum period of (past) 5 years (2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020) being: a manufacturer and/or supplier of laboratory equipment (for Lots 1-3) and supplier of laboratory furniture (for Lot 4).

b) The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed at least 3 (three) similar complexity/magnitude contracts (for each Lot) of similar goods (laboratory equipment and furniture) in the past 5 years (2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020).

Note: All the documentary evidence above mentioned (5 (i) a), b)) must be presented together with the bidding documents.

6.    Bids must be delivered, in a sealed envelope, at or before hour 13.00, November 26, 2025, to the following address: Attention to: PIU Executive Director, Address: 18, Calea Basarabiei str.  7.  Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person, at the above-mentioned address (point 6) at hour 13.00, November 26, 2025.
