Invitation to Tender (Extended Deadline)

To Whom it may concern,
Independent Media House A.O. – non profit organization, advertising agency, subsidized by
donor funding, providing access to the media market for independent media in Moldova, is pleased
to announce the tender for the audit of financial statements of 2020-2022 financial years. The
auditor will audit the organization’s annual general purpose financial statements, which comprise
the balance sheet for the years 2020-2022 , the profit and loss statements, the statement of
changes in equity and the statement of cash flows, as at that date, and a summary of the accounting
policies and internal procedures used.

The audit will also include evaluating the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the
reasonableness of accounting estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall
presentation of the financial statements.

The tender is open during the period of 30.03.2023-13.04.2023.

The potential candidates are kindly requested to send :
- Portfolio of the organization indicating the list of recently audited non-profit or international
associations;
- Financial offer;

The winner will be chosen taking into account the company's experience in auditing non-profit
organizations, company’s reputation and financial offers.
