Job Purpose:

Data Management Assistant will support thoroughly the Information Management Officer and the MEAL Officer in the collection and analysis of data, maintenance of databases and related dashboards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support theInformation Management Officerand the MEAL Officer in data collection, analysis and reporting
• Support theInformation Management Officerand the MEAL Officer in providing capacity building sessions to field staff
• Provide translations of Information Management and MEAL related tools and outputs
• Conduct field monitoring visits for theInformation Management Officerand the MEAL Officer purposes

Job Requirements:

University degree in Information Technology, Statistics, or related field

1 year of relevant experience in information management and NGO

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PP)

Good level of numeracy

Working knowledge of English is required; Russian and Ukrainian is an asset

Previous experience working for an international NGO is preferable

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from supervisor in the field
