American Spaces Moldova Volunteer Program

American Spaces Moldova is kicking off a new edition of one of its most beloved projects: The Volunteer Program. Applications are open nationwide. This pandemic helped us discover that you can be part of our community even if you don't have an American Corner in your city, town, or village.

CANDIDATES CRITERIA

- 16 - 21 yo

- intermediate knowledge of English

- interested in becoming local community leaders

PROGRAM BENEFITS

- every volunteer is awarded at the end of 6 months a certificate from the Public Diplomacy Section, U.S. Embassy

- free training in visual design, social media, public speaking, etc. will be offered to volunteers

- hands-on experience in event management

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

- to create & moderate different programs

- to help American Spaces staff with content for Instagram

- to write articles about our events

HOW TO APPLY

In order for you to be considered an applicant your need to submit the following forms:

- Send a 60-second video invitation to your event at America House to the following email address: amspacesmoldova@gmail.com. Consider mentioning in this video:

- your name (greet your audience)

- what the event is about (imagination has no limits!)

- one reason people should attend/watch online
