America House invites you to a discussion about leadership in our communities and personal lives led by Fulbright ETA Sam Hearn and American Spaces volunteer Alisa Cheptine. 

Utilizing historical and contemporary leaders and case studies, we will explore and define the idea of leadership, consider different leadership styles, and reflect on the consequences of various leadership style practice. From US Presidents to community leaders, teachers to ourselves, our discussion aims to help participants identify: different leadership styles, their preferred style of leadership, and areas in our lives where different leadership styles might help us grow. As always, you are encouraged to bring your own questions and ideas about leadership to the discussion.
