SI Leader Lab is a program aimed at enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations to advocate for Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, which focuses on promoting just, peaceful, and inclusive societies. The program gathers influential leaders from various sectors within civil society, offering a platform for peer learning and collaboration. It includes online workshops, regional and cross-regional learning groups, coaching support, and an intensive onsite learning week in Stockholm. Participants have the opportunity to develop their organization's advocacy work, enhance their leadership skills, exchange knowledge, and explore innovative tools and methods. The program emphasizes both personal and professional development, aiming to empower leaders and strengthen team culture for increased impact. Organizations with multiple qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, with priority given to such cases during the selection process.
