for Homeowners Associations for up to 30 Energy Audits
and 10 Technical Designs for Small Apartment Buildings
This Call for Applications invites Homeowners Associations (Asociația de proprietari din condominiu, APC) to apply for one of 30 Energy Audits / one of 10 pilot Technical Designs
-free of charge- for their Small Residential Buildings (with max. 20 apartments). Audits and Technical Designs serve to prepare for further Energy Efficiency Refurbishment measures and Renewable Energy Solutions that can be co-financed under the Moldovan Residential Energy Efficiency Fund (MREEF) at a later stage.
This Call is organized by the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in the Republic of Moldova (E4M) project, implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with support of the National Center for Sustainable Energy (CNED). E4M is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), with activities under this call receiving financial support from Norway.

E4M/GIZ will provide further information and support to APC with assistance from external experts. The complete application package shall be submitted electronically by 16 March 2025
