Develop integrated services for children victims and witnesses of crimes (Barnahus type Service) in Chisinau, Cahul and Tiraspol

The purpose of this Specific Call for Expression of Interest is to identify eligible Civil Society Organisations for prospective partnerships supporting the development and delivery of integrated services for children victims/witnesses of crimes (Barnahus type Service), implemented from January 2023 to December 2024 in Chisinau, Cahul and Tiraspol districts. The total budget available for this call for expression of interest is up to USD 500.000. 

Eligible Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) are invited to submit proposals for partnership highlighting their relevant capacities, expertise, skills, and ability to support the delivery of sought results for children as outlined in section 1.3 below. Local and National CSOs are encouraged to apply. 

Organisations that wish to participate in this Specific Call for Expression of Interest should follow the below steps:

1) Registration of CSO on UNPP portal: www.unpartnerportal.org

2) Access the specific Call for Expression of Interest:

3) Apply by downloading and filling in the Concept Note Template at point 10, in the Call for Expression of Interest

Applications must be submitted in English by 3 May 2023 COB.
