Dear friends, partners, and community members,

As we near the end of February, we pause to acknowledge the ongoing and prolonged humanitarian crisis triggered by the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, which began three years ago and continues to affect people across Eastern Europe, including Moldova. The past three years have displaced countless individuals and challenged communities to come together and offer support. In response, we invite you to a day of reflection and collaboration on February 28 (Friday), from 11:00 to 17:00, at the Republican Palace (Palatul Republicii) in Chișinău.

Why This Gathering Matters

• Commemorative Reflection: We recognize the ongoing impact of the crisis and the endurance shown by refugees, host communities, and organizations working tirelessly on the ground in Moldova.
• Building Social Cohesion: In an effort to promote open, compassionate dialogue, we aim to strengthen understanding among refugees, local communities, donors, NGOs, and public authorities.
• Looking Ahead: While the past three years have been marked by hardship, we believe in identifying opportunities for cooperation and long-term solutions that benefit everyone involved.

What to Expect

• Interactive Sessions & Workshops
  Led by a diverse group of individuals—refugees, local creators, and small entrepreneurs—focusing on practical skills, sharing experiences, and fostering meaningful connections.
• Family & Kids Zone
  A safe area with trained staff and educational activities so parents and caregivers can fully engage in discussions.
• Organization Stands & Displays
  Space for NGOs, community groups, and entrepreneurs to present their services, programs, or ideas related to social integration in Moldova.
• Shared Reflection & Networking
  Network with others over tea, coffee, and light snacks. A complimentary lunch will be provided for participants who host stands or lead activities.
