The modern leader needs excellent communications and public speaking skills to be effective. Without them how would a leader persuade, influence or inspire to action?! The question is: How will you master the skills of public speaking to improve your leadership outcomes? How will you reinvent your organization, or inspire your peers? No matter your goal, public speaking skills will be a part of your success.
Want to learn more about public speaking and leadership? Join America House for an online session with Cristina Turcu, who will share her lessons learned and experience gained at George Mason University in the field of public speaking and leadership and the practices that can be adapted and implemented locally.
Cristina Turcu has more than ten years’ experience with nonprofits, including work with the Médecins du Monde Mission to Moldova; the Legal Resources Centre from Moldova and the United Nations Development Program. Currently, she is the Aide for the EU High Level Adviser to the Government of Moldova on Confidence Building Measures.
