About the Role:
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate and support logistics operations across import processes, inventory control, internal deliveries, and supplier collaboration. This role is part of a dynamic retail environment and involves working closely with store operations, internal departments, international teams, and external logistics partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating import processes and stock management
- Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and external warehouses
- Ensuring regular and timely deliveries to retail stores
- Preparing and verifying logistics documents (import papers, stock transfers, inventory lists)
- Monitoring logistics-related costs (transportation, storage, duties)
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Collaborating with internal teams (local and international) and external partners
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Logistics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, imports, or transportation
- Solid knowledge of customs regulations and logistics workflows
- English – advanced level
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
