Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers
- Search for potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks;
- Reach out and connect with people about exciting job opportunities;
- Support the team with talent pipeline management and candidate communication;
- Learn how to track sourcing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies;
- Help promote our employer brand and share the culture and values that make us great
To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:
- A proactive mindset and strong communication skills;
- Interest in recruitment, Hr, or talent acquisition;
- Good command of English (B2+); French is a nice bonus;
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or online search tools is a plus—but not required;
- A team player who’s ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
