We’re Hiring! 

Hope4 is looking for a talented and creative Social Media (SMM) Specialist to join our mission of bringing hope and support to those in need. If you’re passionate about creating engaging content, growing online communities, and making a real difference in the world, we want to hear from you!

 What You’ll Do:

• Create Video Content: Plan, shoot, and edit impactful videos to share the stories of our beneficiaries, donors, and projects.
• Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee daily administration of our accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Write posts, design graphics, and schedule content that reflects our mission and engages our audience.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, build relationships with followers, and grow our online community.
• Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns to raise awareness, funds, and support for our initiatives.
• Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach and engagement
• Taking active part in fundrising. 

 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an SMM Specialist or similar role (portfolio required).
• Skilled in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong writing skills to create engaging and impactful posts.
• You will be required activly working on LinkedIn particulary. 
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with humanitarian or non-profit work is a plus.
• English is a must B2 C1+
