Key Responsibilities:

• Execute different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Assist in the design, development, and execution of test cases based on software requirements.
• Conduct component-level testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Participate in static testing activities such as peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Support test planning, estimation, and documentation of test results.
• Use testing tools for test execution, logging, and defect tracking.
• Contribute to continuous test improvements and automation initiatives.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure test coverage and software quality.

Skills and Techniques:

• 2+ years of proven experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Understanding of fundamental testing concepts, including test objectives, principles, and processes.
• Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Basic knowledge of static testing techniques, such as walkthroughs and reviews.
• Familiarity with test design techniques, including black-box and exploratory testing.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure or similar).
• Basic exposure to test automation or scripting (e.g., Playwright, JS, Postman is a plus).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying software defects.
• Understanding of test documentation, including test plans and test case writing.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for documentation and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
