Vacancy for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
The Eastern European Coalition for LGBT+ Equality is announcing a vacancy for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Project duration: 20 month
Main objective: To ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of project activities, as well as analyzing results to improve project efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system.
- Collect and analyze data to assess progress and achievement of project objectives.
- Prepare reports based on monitoring and evaluation results.
- Provide recommendations for improving project strategies and activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure qualitative and quantitative data collection.
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
- Experience in project monitoring and evaluation.
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical approach.
Contract details:
- Type of employment: Part-time (70%)
- Salary: €900 (net) per month
- Location: Remote work
