The Project Assistant supports the Civil Society and Good Governance Programme team in project administration, procurement, and event coordination. They assist with monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and overall project activities alongside the project manager and officer. Their role also includes handling on-demand tasks for the Country Programme.

Salary range – 12.920,00 - 18.620,00 MDL gross
Based on the assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and previous experience.

Education & Work Experience
Qualification:
- Completion of College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Public Administration/Services, International Relations, Economy, Project Management, Human Rights, European Studies or Diplomatic Studies;
- 1-2 years of project management-related experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively;
- Mastering time management and effective planning to meet the deadlines;
- Basic understanding of project management principles;
- Strong attention to details;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations;
- Strong ethical standarts;
- languages – English – Basic knowledge; - Romanian/Russian - Fluent in all aspects
Type of contract - Employment contract; Full-time work
Expected Duration of Assignment - 02/01/2025 - 31/12/2025
