UNICEF Moldova: Communication Officer, NO-A (FT)_for Moldova nationals only

UNICEF Moldova is hiring a Communication Officer, NO-A (FT) to assist in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating an advocacy and communication strategy to get children’s and women’s issues into the public domain, strengthen political will in support of UNICEF's mission and objectives in the country, and enhance the organization’s credibility and brand. This post is linked to temporary funding and there is no expectancy of extension beyond the funding availability. 

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have

The following minimum requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
  • Work Experience: One year practical professional work experience in communication, print and broadcast media, or interactive digital media. Field work experience. 
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Romanian, working knowledge English and Russian.

The following desirables:

  • Background/familiarity with Emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of another official UN language

Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
