Chisinau-based Project Assistant is assisting the Project Managers based in Prague with planning and coordinating particular projects activities aimed at independent media in Moldova. The Project Assistant works under supervision of the Deputy Head of the East European Program in the following areas: organization of MHPSS and security related activities for journalists; communication with project participants, experts and service providers; administrative support to Prague-based PMs; gathering data for reporting.

Duty station - Chisinau, Moldova
Salary range - 12.300,00 - 18.080,00 MDL gross, based on the assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and previous experience, the candidate will be assigned to a specific salary level.

Expected Duration of Assignment - 01/07/2024 - 31/08/2025
Education & Work Experience
- Interest in media and journalism;
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-year experience in a media-related field is preferable;
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel;
- Good knowledge of on-line communication tools (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Signal);
- Fluent English and Romanian, fluency in Russian is an asset.
