People in Need is hiring a Junior Project Manager, Social Inclusion and Protection



The Junior Project Manager (JPM), part of the Social Inclusion and Protection Programme Sector within the Relief and Development Department (RDD), takes overall responsibility for all aspects of project cycle management (PCM), including identification of needs, decision to intervene, planning and formulation of the project, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and ensuring project feedback loops are in place and lead to adaptations to improve programming in real time. With support and guidance from the Protection Programme Manager, Country Director and/or Head of Programmes, Senior Management Team, and HQ teams, the JPM is responsible for achieving project results and indicators, and fulfilling the contractual obligations of the project. The JPM champions an approach that puts Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) at the centre of PIN’s response, in line with Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS).

Salary - 27.560,00 – 29.240,00 MDL brut

Work Experience - 4 years of experience, 2 years of experience in sector, 1 year of managerial experience (recommended), University or Master Degree;

Languages – English/Romanian/Russian

Type of contract - Employment contract; Full-time work

Expected Duration of Assignment - 03/06/2024 - 31/12/2024
