UNICEF Moldova is hiring a Programme Officer, NO-A to provide professional technical assistance and support for ECD programme design, planning and implementation, management and evaluation of programme/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of programme goals and objectives.
Qualifications and experience:
The following minimum requirements:
Education: A university degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.
Work Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant professional work experience.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English.
The following desirables:
Work Experience: Experience working in a developing country. Background/familiarity with emergency context.
Language: Knowledge of Russian and another official UN language or other language relevant for Moldova.
