SKAT Moldova is looking to hire a Visual Communication Designer (part-time) under a framework contract for a long-term cooperation. The primary objective of this engagement is to procure design services to enhance the project's communication materials, ensuring clarity, attractiveness, and effectiveness in conveying information to the target audience. The selected designer will be responsible for creating various visuals, predominantly infographics, fact sheets, publication layouts, brochures knowledge products, and PowerPoint presentations for the project social media, digital platforms and for printing usage.

The workload will vary and is subject to the needs of the project activities. On average, an expected workload of 3-4 tasks / 32 hours per month can be expected.
