Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the financial operations and administrative functions of Hope4. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient financial management, compliance with regulations, and smooth administrative operations to support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

  •                         Financial Management:
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports for management and stakeholders.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for financial audits and compliance requirements.
    • Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and investment activities.
  •                         Administration:
    • Supervise administrative staff and oversee daily administrative operations.
    • Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a conducive working environment.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
    • Manage contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships for goods and services.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to administration.
  •                         Human Resources:
    • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Maintain personnel records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
    • Collaborate with HR consultants or legal advisors on employee-related matters.
  •                         Strategic Planning:
    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth.
    • Contribute to the development of organizational goals, objectives, and strategic plans.
    • Participate in leadership meetings and provide input on financial and administrative matters.

Qualifications:

English is a must. C1-C2

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in financial management, accounting, or administration, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to organizational values and mission.
