UNICEF Moldova: Social & Behaviour Chance (SBC) Officer, NO-A (TA, 364 days)_for Moldova nationals only

UNICEF Moldova is hiring a SBC Officer, NO-A (TA) to contribute to / be responsible for the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based, inclusive and innovative SBC strategies in support of the early childhood development/education programs.

Qualifications and experience: 

  • A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a social and behavioural science, including sociology, anthropology, communication studies/communication for development, psychology and/or related field is required.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: social development programme planning, communication for development or social and behaviour change, public advocacy or another related area.
  • Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered an asset. 
  • Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Russian or another UN language is an asset.
