Request for proposal (RFP): Interpretation and translation services in Moldova

Duration: Dates throughout 2023, 2024, and 2025

Location: Project activity to be delivered in-person (primarily in Chisinau, Moldova) and remotely (i.e. via Zoom, Skype, Teams etc.)

Closing date for applications: 17 September 2023

BBC Media Action is currently delivering two projects in Moldova supporting the media sector through tailored capacity building to support media outlets and organisations offering relevant and reliable information to audiences.

We are now seeking translation agencies or individual professional translators/interpreters to support our work.

BBC Media Action is inviting tenders to provide the following services:

• Interpretation services on rolling basis; Main languages used: Romanian to English and vice-versa, occasionally Russian-English and vice versa
• Ad-hoc interpretation services for meetings
• Translation services of documents from Romanian to English and vice-versa on rolling basis
