Your Tasks:

• Control of process quality​
• Problem-solving quality issues in the production process and set of corrective actions​
• Monitoring and setting of corrective actions on KPIs, for example, PPM​
• Proceeding of internal audits (5S, LPA) and setting of corrective actions with process owners​
• Periodical testing of production operators' knowledge of production and quality process​
• Support during the preparation of a testing program for End of line testers 
• Incoming and Outgoing inspection​
• Training of operators on quality requirements and internal/external complaints​
• Working with SAP and CAQ software​

Your Profile:

• Good level of English
• ​Knowledge of quality tools for root cause analysis (examples: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)​
• Working with technical documentation​
• Experience with measuring and using gauges​
• Practice at quality department >1 year​
• PC skills: MS Office tools – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
• Advantages:​
• Experience with ERP system SAP​
• Awareness of automotive quality standards like IATF 16949, ISO 9001​
• Experience with internal audits (LPA, Process, 5S, or similar)​
• Experience with sampling​
