Challenge yourself and join our team as a Project Manager in Public Sector Consulting.

What will you do:

• Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends;
• Create societal impact through qualitative studies, sectoral or public policy strategy, policy recommendations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis of policy choices and public policy normative document analysis;
• Lead problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
• Simultaneously manage several teams of 2-5 people in delivery of projects for public sector clients;
• Synthesise your findings into reports.

You will fit right in, if:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject;
• You have 3-4 years of working experience in a public sector organisation or with public sector clients;
• You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
• Opportunities to work in a dynamic team environment excite you;
• You have working proficiency of English language and you are ready to use it as your main working language, both verbal and written;
• You have working proficiency of Romanian language;
• You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the client and the society.
