UN Women: Group of 3 national consultants to support the public authorities to adjust, finalize and propose for approval of draft law on the psychological activity in the Republic of Moldova

The UN Women Moldova is looking for a Group of 3 national consultants to support the public authorities to adjust, finalize and propose for approval of draft law on the psychological activity in the Republic of Moldova:
- 1 team leader with expertise in the area of psychology;
- 1 team member with legal background;
- 1 team member with expertise in psychology.
The Consultants are expected to carry out the following tasks:
Contribute to the desk research on international experience regarding good practices in the reglementation of the psychological activity previously conducted;
- Development the outline of the draft law and consulting with parliamentary standing Committee for Social Protection, Health and Family;
- Prepare the draft law based on the desk research and recommendations and the consultancy provided in the past.
- Prepare and conduct presentation of the draft law at the public consultations, working groups and provide inputs, and intervention where needed;
- Deliver the final report, with lessons learnt.
