In Moldova, SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL has started an essential response in CASH assistance, water, sanitation and hygiene, emergency shelter and food assistance for the refugee and host populations since March 2022. To ensure the smooth running of our activities, we need you!
MISSION
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, they will contribute to implement the Complaints Response Mechanism. They will:
- Ensure that all information related to complaints is properly recorded and sent to the appropriate colleague.
- Ensure follow-up of all cases referred to the management team until the closure of the case.
- Ensure proper archiving for future reference.
Starting Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months, renewable
Duty Station: Chisinau
Monthly Gross Salary: 13,860 MDL
PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE / REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience with NGO/INGOs valued (but not required).
- Technical knowledge in IM along with demonstrated experience and good communication skills.
- Availability to work for a minimum of 2 months required.
- Language: Romanian and English. Ukrainian and Russian are a plus.
