Position: HR Assistant
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Starting date: as soon as possible

General Responsibilities 
 

• Serve under the direction of the HR Manager to process and properly document daily HR activities. 

• Assist in processing of employee attendance sheets into a routine 
• Organize and participate to the interviews. 
• Responsible for tracking annual leave days.  
• Responsible for ensuring HR files and documentation of all staff are current. 
• Assist in the sorting and filing of resumes, recording applications received   

• Support HR with FLAT to be complying in procedures of ACTED. 
• Preparation of payslips for Finance and follow up SGK registration. 
• Ensure all guesthouses are managed and cleaned. 
• Support HR Manager on work permits for foreigners and dealing with legal follow-up 
• Follow up Occupational Health and safety and support staff and provider. 

• Responsible getting signs, distribute the documents and collect from the departments 
• Tracking new employees, welcome packages and arranging ID cards. 
• Delivering items, mails and welcoming visitors. 
• Any other assignment by the supervisor or any translation tasks as required
