Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for all department managers, team leaders, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Creating measurable strategies with senior management
• Developing policies that will correlate with strategies
• Support risk and compliance functions to ensure compliance with regulation and legislation
• Work with head of transformation to highlight areas of improvement
• Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention
• Measure, report & hold the team accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Management of routine operational governance and SLA review meetings
• Plan, schedule, and review workload and team capacity to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
• Establish and develop operational processes to maintain a lean operational model and drive efficiency
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Highlight training needs and provide coaching
• Set quarterly objectives for the team aligning with department goals.  Monitor objectives to ensure individual and department success
• Hold regular team meetings to review successes and challenges
• Act as escalation point to manage client escalations & expectations

We would love to hear from you if:

• At least 4 years of managerial experience in an international environment
• Skilled in managing continual change in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and solution focused but with the ability to deliver in a controlled manner to support high volume transactional routine
• Be able to plan and manage at both a strategic and operational level
• Demonstrate ability to plan, develop and implement projects within agreed milestones and deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write and present information in a clear and concise fashion to senior management
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
