Operations Manager for a Recruitment & Development company

Main responsibilities:
● Have a sufficient amount of truck drivers at work according to the right quality levels;
● Ensure a happy & motivated workforce;
● A strong focus on recruitment of the right new talent;
● Ambition to grow and develop his / her team faster than the company grows;
● Be part of the senior management team which runs the MD office and consists of the SSC manager and the Operations manager;
● Manage 4 team leaders and their subordinates;
● Continuous improvement (what we call our Faster & Better DNA) and fit for duty is a natural habit;
● Reports to the Director of People & Culture in Poland;
● Active participation in employer branding;
● Monitor the competition and their offers to stay competitive;
● Manage relationships between recruitment, driver care, dispatch and the development team.

Requirements:
● University degree(s) with a strong focus on mastering recruitment and people development;
● Expected 5 years plus of experience in managerial position;
● Fluent English in writing and speaking is mandatory;
● Work and life experiences in a multinational environment preferable;
● A knock-out criteria is a strong focus on developing bright talents;
● Travelling abroad from time to time is part of the job.
