Your mission
To plan, create and deliver a wide range of training and development activities to improve performance.
What you'll be doing
1. Training and development
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
- Ensuring program or courses in training and development are aligned with the organisation's principles and goals.
- Managing training and development schedules and budgets, and sticking to them.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training using various methods.
- Updating policies, processes, and system functions.
- Identifying training areas of improvement and work with internal and external stakeholders to close learning gaps.
2. Coaching and corporate culture
- Training managers on training and development methods.
- Facilitating development of leadership skills and competencies.
3. Talent management
- Creating an empowering professional work environment to maximise and align workforce efforts.
- Managing change, and maximise employee wellbeing and productivity.
What we're looking for in you
- Post graduate or advanced degree in either Human Resource management, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field.
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in T&D management.
- Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, instructional design models and methodologies.
- Practical experience in talent management solutions, leadership development, succession planning, personnel reserve.
- The ability to develop key partnerships and influence people at all levels of an organization.
- Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
- Thoroughly familiar with training and development systems.
